Our Research Group, Semiconductor Laboratoly
We are researching and developing optical, electronic, and thermal functional devices based on silicide semiconductors, in particular, focusing on development of infrared sensors, thermophotovoltaic (TPV) cells, and thermoelectric conversion devices. We are also advancing research of bulk semiconducting silicides from basics to practical applications.
We are looking for collaborators from academia and industry in worldwide.
